About The Position

Blue Sky Utah is nestled between the soaring peaks of Utah’s Wasatch and Uinta Mountain ranges, sitting on thousands of acres of some of the world’s most breathtakingly beautiful natural lands just moments from Park City. Blue Sky Utah is the ideal venue for weddings, private parties, receptions, corporate gatherings and outdoor adventures of every kind. In addition to our event venues, we offer multiple high-end western-inspired mountain adventures on our spectacular 4,000 acres. Join our team as an Adventures Coordinator for The Ranch at Blue Sky, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by assisting the program director with sales, scheduling, and setup/take down of adventures activities and logistics including transportation, reservations, guest services and food/beverage arrangements. The coordinator will be tasked with organizing and/or leading outdoor activities that primarily encompass sporting clays, hiking, biking, fishing, and assorted fitness classes. The expectation is that the coordinator will help to ensure that adventures are well planned and provide an experience that is fun, safe, and challenging to all guests. This job is a seasonal summer position for summer of 2026 (April-October). Opportunities at the end of the summer season may arise for a year-round position.

Requirements

  • Early morning, late evening, and weekend work sometimes required!
  • A passion for outdoor adventures and events
  • 2-3 years customer service, sales and/or hospitality and guest service experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask/manage multiple projects and achieve results.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful nature, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must work well under pressure and a heavy workload.
  • Ability to maintain high-energy and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver license with good driving record
  • Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments and all weather.
  • Must be able to safely lift at least 50 lbs., climb, bend, reach, walk, stand, twist.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Adventures Program with event and outdoor adventure planning, preparation, tear down / clean up.
  • Handle phone calls and emails related to adventure questions, reservations, payments, etc.
  • Provide property transportation and site tours for guests as needed.
  • Help coordinate events including scheduling, calendaring and logistics including equipment staging and internal communications.
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment including sporting clay shotguns and clay throwers, bikes, fishing, hiking and fitness equipment.
  • Create and adhere to event timelines and deadlines.
  • Serve as a reliable contact for adventures vendors, marketing, and guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, i.e., answer basic adventures and events questions, direct guests and vendors to appropriate team members to provide best in class service.
  • Assist with organizing and keeping clean venues & storage areas, as well as ordering supplies and product inventory (adventures supplies, chairs, tables, silverware, glassware, and china)
