About The Position

Vituity is seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners to join the emergency care team at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. The Advanced Provider is a valued member of the full care team and contributes to Vituity’s mission to improve lives in the Emergency Department.

The hospital is a 309-bed facility with a 21-bed Emergency Department and an annual ED volume of 31,000. The practice offers quick imaging, a small local-hospital setting, terrific consults, and a wonderful nursing staff.

• Current national certification.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care as an Emergency Department or Urgent Care Center physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
