About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established cardiology team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position provides cardiology care across Community Hospital South, Community Hospital East, and Community Hospital North / Community Heart & Vascular Hospital. Work includes outpatient clinic care, hospital rounding, and oversight of cardiac testing in electrophysiology. The provider floats among the sites and backfills the schedule of the provider on night call for the week, which may involve clinic, hospital work, or both. Requirements
- Be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
