About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established cardiology team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role provides cardiac electrophysiology care across Community Hospital South, Community Hospital East, and Community Hospital North / Community Heart & Vascular Hospital. The work includes outpatient clinic care, hospital rounding, and oversight of cardiac testing. The provider floats among the sites and backfills the schedule of the provider on night call for the week; assignments may include clinic, hospital, or both. The role uses Epic EMR and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Educational background consistent with Indiana requirements for licensure and certification.
- Highly motivated and experienced.
Responsibilities
- Provide cardiology care in outpatient clinics.
- Round on patients in the hospital.
- Oversee cardiac testing.
- Float among the assigned hospital sites and backfill the schedule of the provider on night call, covering clinic, hospital, or both.
