About The Position

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside the General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on the north campus in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position is full-time, day shift, and includes a required weekend and call rotation; the frequency of each will be determined by the practice. The role uses a multidisciplinary approach with specialty physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver patient care. Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred. New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered if they have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings. Candidates must have an educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification in Indiana. Requirements

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities
