About The Position
Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its Family Practice team at a primary care clinic in Kankakee, Illinois. This is a full-time role providing comprehensive outpatient care in a collaborative, community-focused setting.
Requirements
- Be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Illinois.
- Hold board certification in Family Medicine (for NPs) or appropriate PA certification.
- Have strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and health education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages.
