Role Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals in an acute care setting, including physicians and team members, and deliver comprehensive care to Pediatric ICU patients, addressing both medical and psychosocial needs. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited PA program
NCCPA certification
Active NYS license or be qualified for state licensure
BLS, PALS
Current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations
Pediatric Acute Care NP certification required
Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges (or eligibility)

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred
1+ years of prior clinical experience in a PICU

Responsibilities

Collaborate with physicians, healthcare team members, surgical, anesthesia, and medical staff to ensure seamless collaboration and optimize patient care.
Provide thorough and holistic care to Pediatric ICU patients, addressing their medical needs and psychosocial needs.
Conduct detailed history and physical assessments, gathering essential information to inform treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.
