About The Position

Associated Urological Specialists (AUS), powered by Urology Alliance, is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established urology team in Evergreen Park, Illinois. The role offers the autonomy and collaborative culture of a private practice alongside the clinical, operational, and organizational resources of a physician-led urology network. This is a predominantly outpatient, clinic-based position providing comprehensive urologic care, including patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and treatment management. Occasional hospital rounding supports the broader needs of the practice. The provider will work with urologists, other advanced practice providers, and support staff in a collaborative setting focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care. The position offers a primarily Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with flexibility to participate in weekend call coverage based on practice needs. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary and additional incentive opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
