About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) will provide float primary care across outpatient locations throughout the North Shore, with occasional coverage in Brighton, Massachusetts. The role includes managing acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and supporting continuity of care through outpatient and occasional community-based visits. The provider will work with clinical autonomy as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and care for diverse patient populations.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
FNP, AGNP, or PA-C certification, as applicable.
Comfort managing acute and chronic primary care conditions.
Ability to provide preventive care and build meaningful patient relationships.
Flexibility and adaptability when working across multiple outpatient locations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Passion for providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of clinical experience (preferred).
