About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works within a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide individualized oncology patient care, including history and physical assessment, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, medication ordering, prescribing and management, diagnosis formulation, and patient and family education. The APP promotes evidence-based practice through research and academic activities and supports colleagues and staff in the professional development of advanced practice at Lurie Children’s and in the community.
