About The Position
As an Intermountain Health Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases. You will practice at Tenaya Clinic - Pediatrics in Las Vegas, NV.
Requirements
- Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- OR Current state license as a Physician Assistant
- Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
- Applicable experience as defined by position leadership
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- 2 years working experience as a provider in a clinic setting.
