Advanced Practice Provider
About The Position
US Heart and Vascular is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join Samuel Family Cardiology at a new office in Spring, Texas. The 6,000-square-foot office is equipped with PET/CT, echocardiography, and EKG imaging, as well as a procedure room for in-office loop recorder procedures. The practice location will include 3–4 cardiologists, a vascular surgeon, and an APP. The role is open to seasoned APPs and new graduates and offers mentorship in a private-practice setting. Samuel Family Cardiology has served the community for more than 40 years. Its services include preventative cardiac care; interventional cardiology, including heart catheterizations and stents; loop recorders, MCT, and extended-wear Holter monitors; cardiac PET/CT; calcium scoring; stress tests, including nuclear tests; echocardiography and carotid ultrasounds; and disease management. The position is based in an outpatient clinic and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no call or weekends.
