Opportunities can range from traditional clinic schedules to inpatient coverage, call duties, specialty care, leadership, per diem work, or short-term staffing solutions.
Requirements
- Current nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or applicable advanced practice licensure
- Eligibility for Washington licensure
- National certification in the relevant specialty
- Current DEA registration when required
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and professional judgment
- The ability to work independently while remaining connected to the broader care team
- Experience serving rural, underserved, or medically complex populations
- Experience with Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, FQHCs, public hospital districts, or community healthcare organizations
- A patient-centered, dependable, and community-minded approach
Responsibilities
- Providing safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients within the scope of the role
- Supporting primary care, urgent care, emergency, inpatient, specialty, or behavioral health services
- Providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and other members of the care team
- Supporting continuity of care across hospital, clinic, and community settings
- Participating in call, weekend, or rotating coverage when required
- Providing short-term or per diem support during vacancies, leave, or increased demand
- Helping expand access to care in rural and underserved communities
- Supporting quality, safety, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Participating in care coordination, referrals, and transitions of care
- Building trusted relationships with patients, families, employees, and community partners
- Considering a permanent opportunity when the position and community are the right fit
