About The Position

This partnership provides robust business and organizational support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering superior, individualized patient care in a dynamic private practice setting. The role involves working collaboratively with a team of 2 urologists, offering a blended care environment with primarily outpatient responsibilities and biweekly inpatient rounds. The position emphasizes meaningful patient interactions, with an expected patient load of approximately 25-30 patients per clinic day, including pre-ops, post-ops, and consults.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier, patient-focused care in a urology practice.
• Conduct approximately 25-30 patient visits per clinic day.
