About The Position
The Advanced Practice Nurse works in the Emergency Department and is expected to demonstrate effective leadership competencies in the department’s day-to-day activities. The position requires certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey, BLS (CPR) and ACLS, computer literacy, and three years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Medical/Surgical setting. One year of experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Emergency, Critical Care, Adult, or Family practice is preferred.
Requirements
- Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
- Three years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Medical/Surgical setting.
- BLS (CPR) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Computer literacy.
