About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner provides general care to patients of all ages with patience, care, compassion, and understanding. The role performs tasks within the practitioner’s scope of practice, which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians, raising public awareness about the importance of health, and prescribing medications. This full-time position is based at The Center for Pain Relief in Harlingen, Texas, and works days during clinic hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- MSN with specialization as an ARNP.
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
- Previous experience with an electronic health record.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
- Pain management and/or interventional experience preferred.
