About The Position

The Advanced Material Handler supports the Inbound department, primarily in Putaway, and cross-trains in Receiving and Returns. The role works with a collaborative team to maintain accurate inventory and move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Compensation is $23.90 per hour, with bonus potential and benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two or more years of related warehouse or distribution experience.
Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of daily responsibilities, and remain productive with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

Experience with forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, WAVE equipment, or similar material-handling equipment.
Experience with SAP, JDE, or another warehouse or inventory management system.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and put away raw materials and finished goods.
Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, WAVE equipment, and automated storage systems.
Use SAP, JDE, and other inventory systems to receive, locate, move, and research materials.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and outstanding Putaway transactions.
Prepare materials for shipment or production.
Meet established productivity expectations, including Putaway line-per-hour goals.
Assist Receiving, Returns, and other areas as business needs change.
Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
Safely lift and move materials weighing approximately 30 pounds or more.
