As a Process Integration Engineer in our Advanced DRAM group, you will join world-class engineers in an industry-leading 300mm R&D facility to enable the future of memory scaling. You will focus on the performance and manufacturability of next-generation memories, specifically addressing integration and circuit issues for 3D DRAM technology. This is a place for curiosity, experimentation, and real impact as we develop solutions for virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process integration.
  • Experience with data analysis, experiment design (DOE), and statistical techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • MS or PhD in a related technical field.
  • Detailed knowledge of mainstream memory technologies such as DRAM or NAND.
  • Experience with 3D DRAM integration or alternative memory scaling challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology development activities to enable the first 3D DRAM, focusing on components like charge storage devices and thin-film transistors.
  • Optimize process flows and develop creative solutions to meet complex product requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with process development, design, and yield enhancement teams to resolve performance and yield issues.
  • Design and manage experiments within the R&D fab to drive innovation.
  • Analyze inline, parametric, and probe data to evaluate failure mechanisms and optimize device reliability.
  • Communicate sophisticated technical problems and drive teams to implement necessary solutions.
