As a Process Integration Engineer in the Advanced DRAM organization, you will work in a world-class R&D facility to enable the future of memory scaling. You will focus on the performance, manufacturability, and circuit integration of next-generation stacked memory technology.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of relevant proven experience in semiconductor process integration.
  • Confirmed expertise in mainstream memory technologies (DRAM, NAND).
  • Strong functional knowledge of materials science and semiconductor device physics.
  • Experience in meticulous experiment design and statistical data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • PhD in a related technical field.
  • Direct experience with advanced DRAM architecture or alternative memory technology challenges.
  • Demonstrated project management skills driving multi-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology development activities for the pioneering stacked memory design, focusing on charge storage devices and thin-film transistors.
  • Optimize process flows and develop creative solutions to meet meticulous product requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including develop, probe, and yield improvement, to resolve performance issues.
  • Build and complete experiments in the R&D fab to evaluate operating and failure mechanisms.
  • Analyze inline and parametric data to optimize device performance and reliability.
  • Summarize complex technical problems and drive teams to implement necessary corrective actions.
