About The Position

Iron Will Ventures is seeking an Advanced Analytics & Software Analyst to support the development of innovative analytical tools, advanced software capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions for critical national security missions. The role combines analytical and software development work with data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or intelligence operations experience. It focuses on developing practical, mission-driven capabilities for processing, analyzing, and presenting complex technical data to decisionmakers. The analyst will work alongside engineers, analysts, and operational subject matter experts to identify automation opportunities, develop custom analytical applications, and integrate emerging technologies into secure government environments.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• TS/SCI security clearance preferred.
• Experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or intelligence operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and analytical tools supporting technical analysis, intelligence analysis, and national security missions.
• Design AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows to improve data processing, analysis, and decision support.
• Build custom software capabilities for integrating, processing, correlating, and visualizing complex datasets.
• Explore applications of large language models, autonomous agents, and machine learning to enhance analytical processes.
• Develop and deploy analytical software in secure, disconnected, or air-gapped computing environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to translate operational requirements into functional analytical capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve the speed, consistency, and quality of analytical products.
• Support software testing, validation, cybersecurity, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to government missions.
