About The Position

The Adult Training Center Program Director will supervise the daily operations of programs to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness, and variety in trainings/activities to meet the goals outlined in individual participant’s IPPs. This role involves direct supervision and support of facility management, including hiring, training, evaluating, providing positive direction, and staying updated on organizational, state, and federal guidelines. The Director will ensure compliance of all supervised areas with funding, licensing agents, and local, state, and federal guidelines. Responsibilities also include developing and overseeing the annual programmatic budget, monitoring fiscal responsibility through variance reports, census monitoring, quarterly attendance reviews, bad debt management, service authorization monitoring, and client ratio analysis. The Director will ensure high-quality programming for all recreational and meaningful day activities, skill training, and community outings, while driving operations to meet the vision, mission, and strategic plans. Monitoring operational goals and objectives to support the vision, mission, and strategic plan is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience providing direct services to recipients with developmental disabilities.
  • Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and operational management preferred.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License at all times.
