The Skill Instructor will be responsible for facilitating skill development programs for assigned participants, including instruction, assistance, prompting, and documentation. The instructor will also ensure that outlined processes and timelines are met for paid vocational skill training, including assisting with contract work and performing quality assurance. Additionally, the position requires implementing personal care, meal, and behavior service protocols, providing care for participants' daily living needs, and maintaining a safe working environment through housekeeping duties and hazard reporting. The role may also require reporting to work during inclement weather and potentially sheltering in place during a hurricane.
