About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking caring, kind, and dependable Family Model Professionals to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee. The caregiver must live in Middle Tennessee and provide care in their own home, offering individuals a safe and private environment where they can build independence, learn new skills, feel safe, and become part of a family. The role provides an independent work environment with support from a caring team. Pay depends on individuals’ needs and may start at $2,300 per month as tax-free income.
Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- Must provide in-home caregiving.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication and appointment reminders.
- Assist with grooming and bathing.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Provide transportation services.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Provide a safe, private home environment for individuals.
