About The Position
AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC. is seeking caring, kind, and dependable Family Model Professionals (FMPs) to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Middle Tennessee. The role involves providing a safe, private home environment for individuals who cannot remain in their own homes or choose not to live in a facility. The goal is to help individuals become more independent, learn new skills, feel safe, and become part of a family. This is an independent work environment supported by a caring, team-oriented staff. Pay depends on the needs of the individuals served and may start at $2,300 per month, described as tax-free income. Requirements
- Must live in Middle Tennessee.
- In-home caregiving is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be caring, kind, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Provide medication and appointment reminders.
- Assist with grooming and bathing.
- Assist with toileting and incontinence issues.
- Shop for groceries and run errands.
- Provide transportation services.
- Provide safety supervision.
- Provide a safe, private home environment for individuals served.
