About The Position

North Idaho College is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as Adult Education Center Program Coordinator and support programs that help adult learners achieve educational and career goals throughout North Idaho. This position plays a key role in supporting the Adult Education Center and GED programs for Region 1 by coordinating testing operations, maintaining program data and reporting, supporting outreach centers, and helping ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. The coordinator supervises GED testing and data processes, supports program operations and budgeting, maintains student and program records, assists with staff training, and serves as a primary point of contact in the Director’s absence. This role also collaborates with outreach centers, state agencies, and internal departments to support student success, program effectiveness, and efficient operations across the region. We are looking for a collaborative professional with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment when handling confidential information, and the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and community partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and three years full-time equivalent experience in program or project management or other related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
