The New Grad MSHS Adult Critical Care Fellowship Program is a fellowship designed for new graduate registered nurses entering the field of adult critical care. The program has a duration of approximately 24 weeks and includes a curriculum with simulations, clinical rotations, completion of the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) modules, debriefing opportunities with peers and nursing leadership, and meetings with preceptors and nursing education staff.
