About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician to join their Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team. This is a vital role where the Adult Clinician will provide direct clinical assessment and intervention, facilitate an integrated team approach for the consumer's care plan, develop individual treatment plans, and support coordination of care with both internal and external providers. The goal is to integrate CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry, and to coordinate care with providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, and Clubhouse.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred.
• Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required.
• Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
• Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC
• Bilingual may be required depending on the needs of the program

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program
• Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry
• Develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer
• Support coordination of care with both Riverside and community providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, and Clubhouse.
