About The Position
We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Specialist with strong expertise in ADP Lyric, plan configuration, and file feed integrations (834/CSV formats).
Requirements
- Strong ADP Workforce Now experience
- Hands-on ADP Lyric HCM experience
- Expertise with 834 EDI & CSV file feeds
- HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration knowledge
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Configure and support ADP Workforce Now & ADP Lyric HCM modules
- Manage benefits, payroll, workforce management, and time & attendance configurations
- Handle file feed integrations including 834 EDI and CSV formats
- Troubleshoot system and data integration issues
- Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors
- Support testing, documentation, and system optimization initiatives
