About The Position
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, plan configuration, and file feed integrations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Lyric
- Experience with plan configuration and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV file feeds, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data mapping and system integrations preferred.
- HRIS or payroll administration background.
- Experience with HR technology implementations and compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain benefits, payroll, and HR plans in ADP Workforce Now.
- Build and manage file feeds using 834 EDI and CSV formats.
- Troubleshoot configuration and data integration issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Perform system testing, QA, and documentation.
- Support compliance and optimize HR system workflows.
