In HR transformation and technology, the focus is on the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies. This involves assessing HR processes, policies, and systems, and providing guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models to align HR with business objectives and enhance service quality. As a Senior Associate in the Workforce Consulting team, you will leverage your knowledge in workforce management to guide clients through transformative practices and technology implementations. This role involves analyzing complex problems, mentoring junior team members, maintaining high standards, building meaningful client relationships, and enhancing your understanding of diverse business contexts. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience
  • In lieu of a degree, Individuals may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience involving workforce management technology consulting and/or implementations for each missing year of college in addition to the 3 years of experience required
