About The Position

You will be the ADP & AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager for the ADP and AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation team which is responsible for delivering integrated harness and subsystem solutions across advanced development and air‑mobility programs. As the ADP & AMMM Harness & Subsystem Installation Sr. Manager you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, and continuous improvement of harness and subsystem processes for both ADP and AMMM initiatives.

Requirements

Engineering Bachelor's degree with 15+ years industry experience
Experience in subsystem design and installation (Airframe Layout, Detail Part and Assembly, Harness Design)
Experience with Harness & Subsystem Design CAD/PLM tools and processes
Previous leadership experience
Ability to obtain clearance
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

Lead development of harness and subsystem design and installation processes, tools, and metrics across ADP and AMMM programs.
Ensure training programs build competency in harness and subsystem design and installation.
Manage staffing plans and oversee budget allocations for ADP and AMMM operations.
Drive digital‑transformation initiatives and advanced design techniques for installation processes.
Represent the installation competency in cross‑program resource planning and provide process‑improvement feedback.
