About The Position

ADP (Advanced Distributor Products), a Lennox International company, is the #1 Producer of Residential Evaporator Coils in the USA. They are dedicated to providing quality solutions and true partnership to help customers. Manufacturing products in Grenada, MS since 1992, ADP's innovative culture is supported by a research and development laboratory. As a National Sales Manager, you will coordinate with large multi-region accounts and local sales agencies to expand ADP revenue and market share across the United States and Canada. This remote-based position involves extensive collaboration with end-customers and internal partners to exceed profitability growth targets, driving sales growth, brand management, margins, pricing, and product distribution through national wholesale distributors. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership experience, executive presence, business savvy, and financial acumen, preparing for future leadership roles within the Lennox organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Substantial industry and product knowledge.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with large multi-region accounts and local sales agencies to expand ADP revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate extensively with end-customers and internal partners to exceed profitability growth targets.
  • Drive sales growth, brand management, margins, pricing and distribution of product through large national wholesale distributors.
  • Service and grow existing national accounts through effective partnership with sales agencies, regional sales managers, and directly with end-customers; including sales presentations, utilization of support services, business and brand consultation.
  • Develop business and marketing plans with each national account including support of promotional activity.
  • Assist in the planning, set-up and running of trade shows and promotional events when required on a National, Regional and Territory level.
  • Maintain a relevant and effective reporting system as required.
  • Monitor developments in the industry and specific categories to forecast opportunities for company products.
  • Provide information to management regarding results from industry research.
  • Develop and recommend plans to management about ways to maximize future business.
  • Submit short and long-range sales forecasts and prepare sales strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements.
