About The Position

Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 co-ed college preparatory boarding and day school located in beautiful, rural southwestern, NH seeks a Part-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our community starting for the 2026-27 school year. We are searching for someone who can join our counseling staff and increase our capacity to support our students as we strive to provide a calm, nurturing environment to help our students succeed through their difficult times.

Requirements

• Comfort relating and talking with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must enjoy working with adolescents
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Expert in mandated reporting laws
• Positive energy
• Licensed or license-eligible in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of five years counseling experience with adolescents preferably in a school setting

Nice To Haves

• Master's in clinical social work or an advanced degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or marriage and family therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within the Health & Wellness department
• Support individual students
• Respond to emergent needs
• Engage in school activities (i.e. morning meeting)
