The company is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adolescent Counselor to join their Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting, supporting young people in their mental health journeys.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum

Responsibilities

Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents
Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned
