ADN/BSN Early Hire Program
About The Position
Munson Medical Center is seeking to pre-hire the finest nursing school graduates for our Early Hire program. This program allows students to get hired remotely while still in school and then work in Traverse City, MI after graduation. Upon committing to the Early Hire program, you will receive $13,500 before you begin your practice. After graduation and passing your boards, you will receive an additional $4,500. Award recipients are placed into full-time positions with full employee benefits, which begin after graduation. All early-hire nurses will be part of our Nursing Residency Program.
Requirements
- Nursing students graduating in 2025 and 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Applications will be screened and interviews offered to selected students.
- Must sign a two-year work commitment agreement.
- Must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- Must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
