About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced ADMS OMS Consultant (AspenTech OSI SME) to support utility outage management operations for our client. This role is ideal for a hands-on OMS professional with strong AspenTech OSI expertise and experience supporting utility distribution environments, outage restoration workflows, and enterprise system integrations.

Requirements

5+ years of OMS consulting experience within utility environments.
Strong expertise with AspenTech OSI ADMS/OMS platforms.
Deep understanding of utility outage management and distribution operations.
Experience with OMS configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of CIS, GIS, AMI, and SCADA integrations.
Familiarity with ICCP, DMA, and MultiSpeak standards.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting OMS go-live activities and operator training highly desired.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SME for AspenTech OSI ADMS/OMS solutions.
Configure and support OMS functions including outage detection, restoration, crew management, customer calls, and ETR processes.
Collaborate with utility operators and field crews to align OMS workflows with operational procedures.
Support integrations between OMS and CIS, GIS, SCADA, and AMI systems.
Validate network model readiness and outage determination functionality.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Provide operator training and go-live support for OMS deployments and upgrades.
Support ICCP, DMA, and MultiSpeak data exchange activities.
