Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field
1 - 4 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably within technology or fintech environments
Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory-related initiatives
Strong understanding of industry challenges within technology, fintech, or regulated environments
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including knowing when to escalate issues
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or MBA
Experience within financial services, fintech, or technology-driven organizations
Exposure to areas such as risk management, compliance, financial crimes, or regulatory programs
Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

Lead and support client engagements, both onsite and remotely, delivering high-quality workstreams and producing complex, client-ready deliverables
Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Build strong client relationships and confidently present insights, recommendations, and strategic decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership
Analyze client challenges using both quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop structured, actionable solutions
Support the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, systems, and processes, including defining data requirements and analyzing performance trends
Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
Maintain clear and organized project documentation to ensure transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the development of firm capabilities
Assist in proposal development, identify new opportunities, and support broader business development efforts
Lead effective meetings with both internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clear next steps
