ADMISSIONS REP/REGISTRAR (PER DIEM) PATIEN ACCESS

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of two years hands on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in patient admission.
- Computer proficiency includes word processing and patient accounting system.
- HIPPA and PCI Compliance required.
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
- Some positions may require accurate interpretation and translation in bilingual targeted language.

- Insurance knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and registering all incoming patients and their representatives: ensuring necessary information required for admission is accurately recorded and processed while maintaining confidentiality within HIPPA guidelines.
- Plays a pivotal role in the operational efficiency of healthcare services delivery.
- This position requires individuals who are detailed oriented, adaptable and equipped with the necessary experience and skills to handle the demands of the dynamic healthcare environment.
