About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is recruiting a compassionate Admissions Registered Nurse to serve patients throughout Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The nurse provides care in patients’ homes, supporting them from hospital discharge toward safe home living with comfort, independence, and dignity. The role includes one-to-one skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care in accordance with each patient’s care plan, along with wound care consultations and oversight, assessments, patient and family education, and monitoring of patient condition. The position requires travel to assigned cases and prior home care experience. BAYADA describes its care approach as grounded in compassion, excellence, and reliability, and highlights PPE supplies, infection-prevention protocols, pre-screening, and monitoring. Compensation is $62.00–$72.00 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.

Requirements

Active, current license to practice as a professional registered nurse in Pennsylvania.
At least one year of nursing experience.
Prior home care experience.
Ability to travel to assigned cases.
Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Support clients’ care needs from hospital discharge through safe living at home, promoting comfort, independence, and dignity.
Provide one-to-one skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
Administer medication and provide wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight.
Assess clients, educate patients and/or their families, and monitor patients’ conditions.
Travel to assigned cases.
