This position specifically supports the mission of the university through providing guidance and counseling to prospective students to help achieve the freshman strategic enrollment management goals for each incoming class and term. The Admissions Counselor will travel to recruit and counsel prospective students to gain application numbers through the enrollment funnel from students who are an academic, social, and financial fit for Baylor. A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience are required. A master's degree and three years of relevant experience is preferred. Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another. A valid US Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required. Must be able to travel outside of the state of Texas. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
