About The Position

This position reports to the Associate Director of Recruitment and is critical to the recruitment of undergraduate, primarily first-year, students. The successful candidate is responsible for representing the University of Central Arkansas to prospective students and their families as well as school administrators and staff in a variety of public settings. This individual travels extensively within Arkansas and targeted out-of-state markets on behalf of the University to college fairs, high school visits, and other events both on and off-campus while managing and implementing a recruitment plan for a geographic territory in the state of Arkansas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel extensively
• Ability to manage and implement a recruitment plan

Responsibilities

• Representing the University of Central Arkansas to prospective students and their families, school administrators, and staff in various public settings.
• Traveling extensively within Arkansas and targeted out-of-state markets for college fairs, high school visits, and other events (on and off-campus).
