About The Position

ParadigmWorks Group, Inc., in partnership with the Hartford Job Corps Center (HJCC), is hiring Admissions Counselors and Career Transition Specialists. Admissions Counselors recruit, screen, and enroll qualified students into the program, engaging with prospective students, families, community organizations, and referral partners. Career Transition Specialists work with students and graduates preparing to enter the workforce, build relationships with employers, and help program completers secure employment in their trained career fields. The positions are in person at the Hartford Job Corps Center. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed. Compensation is $47,500–$52,000 annually, plus performance-based incentive pay.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a closely related field, or an Associate degree with at least two years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Retail, recruiting, outreach, or commission-based sales experience.
