About The Position

ParadigmWorks Group, Inc., in partnership with the Hartford Job Corps Center (HJCC), is hiring Admissions Counselors and Career Transition Specialists. Admissions Counselors recruit, screen, and enroll qualified students in the program, engaging with prospective students, families, community organizations, and referral partners. Career Transition Specialists work with students and graduates preparing to enter the workforce, build relationships with employers, and assist program completers in securing jobs in their trained career fields. The positions are in person at the Hartford Job Corps Center.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a closely related field, or an associate degree with at least two years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

Retail, recruiting, outreach, or commission-based sales experience.

Responsibilities
