About The Position

PAM Health is hiring Admissions Coordinators for a new rehabilitation hospital scheduled to open in October 2026. The role provides admissions office support and manages referrals, intake, verification, pre-certification, and the admissions process. The coordinator also serves as a back-up to the Admissions Manager and performs other related duties as assigned. Two schedules are available: Monday through Friday, or Friday through Monday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of the insurance verification process.
At least one year of experience in a medical office position or healthcare registration function.

Provide admissions office support for the facility.
Manage referrals, intake, verification, pre-certification, and the admissions process.
Serve as a back-up to the Admissions Manager.
