About The Position

We’re looking for hungry, ambitious, people-oriented professionals to join our Admissions team serving the Fort Hood military community. Every day, our team helps transitioning service members, veterans, and military families take the next step toward a civilian career in transportation. You’ll often be one of their first conversations — helping turn interest and uncertainty into a clear path forward. You don’t need years of admissions experience. You do need energy, initiative, confidence, and the desire to grow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to learn CRM and web-based systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail
• Strong and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong proficiency with computer and web-based programs / software
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Web Based CRM
• Strong Customer service over the phone and in person

Nice To Haves

• Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, education, or a call-center environment is helpful
• Military experience or affiliation is welcomed

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students by phone, text, online, and in person — understand what they want to accomplish and help them take the next step.
• Follow up consistently, set appointments, and support prospective students as they move from initial interest toward enrollment.
• Work alongside our Admissions Representatives to deliver a professional, responsive student experience.
• Own the details — keep applications, documentation, appointments, and student information accurate and moving.
• Learn the business, produce results, and take on greater responsibility as you demonstrate what you can do.
