About The Position
Friendship Village is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our Health Center team as an Admissions and Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for leading and driving the Health Center admissions process and for fostering and maintaining open, effective communication between the facility and referral sources, physicians, and third-party payers. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Must be solutions-driven problem solver with a working knowledge of health care insurance including Medicare, Managed Medicare and Long-Term Care insurance.
- To achieve admissions goals, needs to be comfortable with marketing presentations and proven skills with community outreach programs.
Nice To Haves
- LPN or RN licensure preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships with the discharge planners, physicians and families, marketing FVK’s programs and services.
- Responsible for tracking and trending hospital discharge, readmission, and post discharge data.
- Manages SalesForce data entry daily.
