Admissions Advisor
About The Position
As an Admissions Advisor at West Coast University, you will guide prospective students pursuing careers in healthcare and support them through the application and enrollment process. You will be a prospective student’s first connection with the university. You will advise and enroll qualified applicants in programs that align with their career objectives and academic needs, doing so efficiently and supportively. The role involves building relationships primarily through phone and email, treating prospective and enrolled students with professionalism and respect, and prioritizing the university’s philosophy of caring about students. You will maintain current knowledge of programs, objectives, enrollment processes, requirements, and content so you can provide complete and factual information to prospective students and other interested parties.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a marketing-related environment or customer service.
- Experience with MS Office, data entry, and multitasking.
- High school education required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
