About The Position

As an Admissions Advisor at American Career College, you will guide prospective students as they pursue careers in healthcare and serve as their first connection with the college. You will support them through the application and enrollment process, advising and enrolling qualified applicants in programs that align with their career objectives and academic needs in an efficient, supportive manner. The role involves building relationships primarily through phone and email, treating prospective and enrolled students professionally and respectfully, and prioritizing the college’s student-centered philosophy of care. You will maintain current knowledge of programs, objectives, enrollment processes, requirements, and course content so you can provide complete and factual information to prospective students and other interested parties.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Experience with data entry and multi-line phone aptitude.
• Experience with reception and telephone techniques.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing or a related environment is preferred.
