About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring an Admission Licensed Professional (RN) for hospice care. The role performs admission visits and establishes the relationship between the patient, their family, and the company. Services must be provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The position requires a current state license, clinical education, at least one year of licensed professional experience, basic technology skills, and the ability to meet driving and CPR requirements. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Licensed professional experience may be deferred with review and approval from regional and executive service line clinical leadership.
