About The Position
The Admission RN at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice performs admission visits and establishes the relationship between the patient, their family, and the company. The nurse provides services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from regional and executive service line clinical leadership.
Responsibilities

- Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
